What you'll do

• Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of property interiors, parking areas, loading zones, entrances, and perimeter
• provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff
• monitor access and visitor activity
• respond to incidents and alarms
• document incidents
• report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and access-control issues. A valid driver's license is required for this driving post.
