Part-Time Sales Assistant

Job overview

The Part-Time Sales Assistant role is onsite in Charleston, SC. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The position supports LoveShackFancy’s boutique retail operations and customer experience. This is a non-selling support role that helps the sales team serve customers and keeps merchandise presentation and store operations organized. The assistant supports transactions, product movement, visual standards, stock processing, and in-store or off-site events.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide courteous, knowledgeable service
• assist the sales team with transactions, merchandise, and fitting-room returns
• maintain visual merchandising standards and merchandise placement
• assist with shipments, markdowns, and transfers
• follow POS procedures, including client capture and product availability checks
• maintain the wrap desk
• answer and direct phone calls
• help organize in-store and off-site events
• assist with tagging and processing incoming shipments.
