Marketing Production Coordinator

Job overview

The Marketing Production Coordinator role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL. Compensation is $40,000–$50,000 per year. The coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and creative projects. The role exists to keep projects organized and moving from kickoff through final delivery. It contributes to accurate, on-time, on-budget work by coordinating communication, approvals, production resources, and project tracking across internal teams and external vendors.

What you'll do

• Coordinate multiple marketing and creative projects
• maintain timelines, schedules, status reports, and production trackers
• coordinate deliverables across design, copywriting, social media, digital, print, and video
• work with account managers, creative teams, and vendors
• manage review and approval processes
• check deliverables against client requirements and brand guidelines
• coordinate production suppliers
• track budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and expenses
• flag delays and production issues
• organize project files and assets
• improve agency workflows and project-management systems.
