What you'll do

• Lead multidisciplinary substation design projects and delegate tasks
• coordinate electrical design with civil, structural, and site engineering teams
• prepare proposals, cost estimates, reports, and technical presentations
• review project deliverables
• mentor junior staff
• develop protection and control or physical design deliverables
• prepare substation drawings, schematics, calculations, and equipment recommendations
• maintain client relations and promote sales
• maintain a safe work environment.
