What you'll do

• Depending on the accepted assignment and care plan, provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility and transfer assistance, dementia support, light housekeeping, and transportation when authorized.
• Observe and document client condition and care, communicate concerns, and follow safety procedures and the approved non-medical care plan.
