Automotive Technician (A/B-Level)

The Automotive Technician (A/B-Level) role is onsite in Renton, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Base pay is $45–$55 per hour, with incentive bonus potential. The Garage in Renton is a NAPA Gold AutoCare Center with a heated four-bay facility. The technician independently diagnoses and repairs vehicle concerns, documents inspections and findings, and completes assigned work safely and efficiently. Quality repairs and organized workflow support the shop’s steady service operation.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and drivability concerns
• perform general maintenance and repairs from inspection through completion
• complete Digital Vehicle Inspections using Tekmetric and document findings and recommended repairs
• perform oil changes and routine service as needed
• troubleshoot issues and document repairs
• maintain productivity, safety, and quality
• keep the work area organized and collaborate with the shop team.
