The Technical and Digital Skills Instructor role includes onsite work in Maryland’s Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties and virtual technical sessions; compensation is $30–$40 per hour. The opportunity is contingent upon contract award. Crowned Grace International is a professional services firm, and the training supports employees of a large public water utility client. The instructor delivers practical technical training that helps adult professionals use workplace software and digital tools. Preparing exercises and readying learning environments, then assessing skills and documenting attendance and outcomes, supports effective learning and the client’s training program.

What you'll do

• Deliver half-day and full-day instructor-led technical training and virtual sessions
• teach Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, enterprise software, Power BI and data analytics, and AI and digital productivity, including responsible and secure AI use
• prepare practice files and exercises and verify lab and virtual environment readiness
• administer skills checks and attendance records
• contribute to End-of-Program Training Reports. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and technical certification, five years of technical or software training delivery to adult professionals, and a current industry certification appropriate to courses taught. On-site availability is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• travel within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties is required.
