What you'll do

• Answer transport requests on a multi-line telephone system
• coordinate and monitor units using telephone, radio, GPS, and computer software
• comply with HIPAA when transmitting information
• document patient and billing information
• enter calls into the Computer-Aided Dispatch program
• provide accurate information to patients and crews
• discuss issues and options with supervisors and management.
