What you'll do

• Source and purchase indirect facility goods and equipment
• obtain and document competitive quotes
• issue and track purchase orders
• maintain records of orders, deliveries, and invoices
• support sourcing and contracting for construction, repair, maintenance, and facility services
• assist with scopes of work and bid comparisons
• coordinate contractor onboarding and compliance documents
• maintain vendor lists and track spend
• support contract renewals, filing, reporting, and facility project budget tracking.
