Description

Supervises and trains primary care providers (PCPs) in assigned center. Maximizes core model execution, improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Spends a portion of time on direct patient care as a PCP. Focuses on leadership responsibilities including PCP performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy.
