What you'll do

• Answer service, quote, and installation requests
• confirm work schedules with customers
• track technician repair status
• schedule and assign work to field and shop technicians
• open and update work orders
• analyze customer problems and prepare reports
• assist with time-card entries, work-order closeout, and invoicing
• maintain customer files
• manage daily KPIs and P&Ls
• coordinate with parts, sales, and credit departments.
