Expert-Level Toyota Technician

The Expert-Level Toyota Technician role is onsite in Miamisburg, OH. Compensation is $27–$35 per flat-rate hour, with potential quarterly cash bonuses. South Dayton Toyota is part of the Performance Automotive Network and serves its community with automotive service. This technician diagnoses and repairs Toyota and Lexus vehicles to factory standards, supports customer service through accurate inspections and documentation, and may guide junior technicians.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on Toyota and Lexus vehicles
• use Toyota Techstream and factory diagnostic equipment
• repair engine, transmission, hybrid/electric powertrain, and ADAS systems
• follow technical service bulletins and recall procedures
• document repairs and communicate findings to service advisors
• perform multi-point inspections
• maintain a safe, clean work area
• stay current with technical training and product updates
• and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Why this role

Toyota T-TEN certification or equivalent factory training is sought; ASE Master Technician certification or multiple ASE certifications are preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, and revolving Saturdays, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM.
