What you'll do

• Ensure meals and snacks follow menus and physician orders
• plan menus in consultation with a dietician
• order supplies and maintain records, accounts, and employee schedules
• supervise cooks and dietary aides
• maintain kitchen equipment, cleaning schedules, and infection-control procedures
• manage assigned budgets
• participate in care plan meetings
• comply with state and federal regulations.
