What you'll do

• Greet customers and donors
• provide customer service and operate the cash register
• sort and grade donations and shipments
• unload donations and record counts
• offer tax receipts
• stock and rotate merchandise
• identify items for online sales
• maintain store and donation-area cleanliness and safety
• help prepare outgoing truck loads and assist with loading and unloading
• demonstrate duties to new team members.
