Sales Associate — Custom Fabrication Support is an onsite, full-time role in Woodinville, WA, paying $26–$32 per hour. The associate supports CREO Industrial Arts’ Account Executive team. CREO fabricates custom architectural products for architects, designers, and a range of venues. The role supports client communication and sales administration from proposal preparation through order processing. By coordinating with estimating, production, and project management, the associate helps move custom fabrication opportunities and project documentation forward.

What you'll do

• Assist Account Executives with proposals, quotes, and presentations
• update client records and opportunities in the CRM
• coordinate project details with estimating, production, and project management
• respond to routine client inquiries and follow up
• schedule meetings, site visits, and presentations
• track pipeline and follow-ups
• support contracts, change orders, and documentation
• learn fabrication processes, pricing, and project management.
