Automotive Service Writer Representative

The Automotive Service Writer Representative role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, with compensation of $24–$28 per hour. The position reports to the Service Manager at Master’s Transportation’s Kansas City headquarters, supporting its commercial transportation service and repair operations. The representative connects customers and technicians to help identify vehicle needs, coordinate service work, and communicate estimates, progress, and charges. Accurate work orders, scheduling, and follow-up support timely repairs and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Assess and document customer concerns about buses and service needs
• explain service options and timelines
• prepare estimates for services, repairs, and parts
• create and manage work orders and detailed repair orders
• coordinate and schedule technicians’ work
• maintain the service calendar
• complete warranty and service-contract paperwork
• update customers
• process payments and records
• handle complaints and follow up after service.
