What you'll do

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tools and controls
• research machine issues using manuals, technical documents, and internal or vendor resources
• document equipment status, repairs, and installations
• promote and perform preventive maintenance
• provide after-sales technical support and training
• perform related duties as required.
