What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as the main customer interface
• manage daily activities within cost, scope, and budget
• ensure compliance with quality and program requirements
• anticipate and mitigate program risks
• negotiate scope changes
• lead integrated program teams
• support bids and proposals and existing-customer growth
• report program status to executive management
• participate in contract and subcontract negotiations
• assist with basis-of-estimate creation.
