What you'll do
- Provide direct patient care and supervise and direct nursing staff in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines
- communicate patient status to the Unit Manager
- assist with nursing staff supervision, orientation, and training
- participate in patient care planning conferences
- identify patient goals and approaches. Requires a current Registered Nurse license and frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
