What you'll do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• prepare financial statements, consolidated reporting, and analysis
• oversee general ledger, reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll, commissions, and contractor payments
• manage cash, wires, ACH payments, and cash-flow forecasts
• coordinate tax filings, reviews, and audits with external CPAs
• develop budgets, forecasts, controls, policies, and scalable processes
• administer NetSuite users, permissions, workflows, searches, and approvals.
