What you'll do

• Welcome new patients and review paperwork, consents, and clearances
• confirm appointments and lab cases
• prepare and review the daily schedule
• present recommended treatment, options, and timelines
• educate patients and arrange finances
• schedule treatment and help fill hygiene schedules
• maintain pre-authorization records and monitor reports for unscheduled treatment
• make checkup calls for emergency and complex cases.
