What you'll do

• Direct daily crew activities
• assign tasks and coach team members
• monitor productivity, quality, and jobsite cleanliness
• resolve jobsite issues
• serve as the onsite contact for residents, property managers, and customers
• perform landscape maintenance and installation
• operate equipment safely
• enforce safety policies and inspect equipment.
