Senior IT Technician

The Senior IT Technician role is 100% onsite in Middlebury, IN. Compensation is not specified. The technician reports to the IT Manager and supports Champagne Metals’ technology operations, including Tier 1 support and company-wide technology projects. As the primary Tier 2 escalation resource, the technician resolves complex technical issues, mentors junior support staff, improves documentation, and helps maintain reliable systems across company locations.

What you'll do

• Resolve complex incidents and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, hardware, applications, endpoints, printers, and conferencing systems
• administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
• troubleshoot networks, VPNs, and connectivity
• support servers, cloud services, backups, and business applications
• document root causes and procedures
• assist with deployments, upgrades, equipment refreshes, and IT projects.
