Job overview
The Outsource Manufacturing Coordinator is an onsite role based in Houston, TX. Compensation is not specified for this position, which reports to the Production Planning Manager. This role exists to coordinate the outsourcing of manufactured items and test support from the RFQ process through receipt of finished goods. It contributes to the team by serving as the primary point of contact between Axiom and its vendor base.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary point of contact for vendors
- coordinate quotes and deliveries
- translate engineering requirements into work packages
- identify and evaluate third-party manufacturers
- ensure partner compliance with certifications
- monitor vendor lead times
- collaborate with Production Planning.

- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production
