Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Lake Charles, LA, with compensation of $55,000–$70,000 per year. The Freedom Team puts patient care first by supporting quality and compliance and developing employee talent. This role coordinates personnel matters and supports the organization’s workforce through time and attendance processing, employee referrals for training, performance improvement, staffing, staff relations, orientation, and development. It also helps maintain compliance with applicable laws and contributes to continuous quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate personnel matters and process employee time and attendance accurately. Identify training needs and refer employees to appropriate resources
• recommend and conduct performance improvement plans. Oversee human resources matters including staffing, staff relations, orientation and development, compensation, and benefits. Develop and recommend HR practices and procedures, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and participate in performance and continuous quality improvement activities.

Why this role
