The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Watsonville, CA. Pay is $30–$42 per hour. The position supports client nutrition care, diabetes education, and coordination with healthcare professionals and community resources. The dietitian assesses nutrition needs, develops and monitors care plans, and provides individualized and group education to help clients manage health and diabetes. The role also contributes to accreditation reporting, culturally relevant education materials, care coordination, and quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Assess nutrition needs using laboratory results, referrals, medical history, diet, and lifestyle factors
• develop and monitor care plans in the electronic medical record
• complete clinical program reporting for ADA and ADCES accreditation
• communicate with physicians, patients, and staff
• provide diabetes and nutrition education
• coordinate community resources
• use client-centered approaches to support self-care goals
• contribute to guidelines, initiatives, outreach, and quality improvement.
