What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site security procedures and policies
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, and entrances
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• maintain accurate incident reports and logs
• communicate with employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders.
