What you'll do

• Consolidate the business-unit demand plan and deliver an integrated forecast
• lead tradeoff discussions across demand, capacity, inventory, service, and cost
• maintain a 2–5-year view of demand, supply, and network implications
• assess strategic initiatives and scenarios
• own IBP metrics and risks and assign improvement actions
• partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain
• present insights and recommendations for IBP forums and executive decisions
• directly manage the Brita S&OE Manager, Network Planning Manager, and Business Planning Manager.
