What you'll do

• Complete routine maintenance, service requests, unit turnovers, and preventive maintenance in units and common areas
• diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
• maintain preventive-maintenance logs and inventory
• complete work orders promptly
• communicate with leasing and maintenance staff
• follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Share on-call responsibility.
