School-Age Childcare Assistant Site Director — Before and After School is an onsite, part-time role serving Bethel Elementary School in Bethel, PA, and Penn-Bernville Elementary School in Bernville, PA. The role leads program activities and supports safe, compliant daily operations for school-age children. What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations and maintain child and staff files, attendance records, and required onsite documentation. Lead activities such as STEAM, fitness, academics, arts, and homework support
• supervise children and staff
• maintain staff-to-child ratios and behavior management. Oversee attendance, registration, and scheduling, and communicate with families, school administration, and the main office using the Playground App.
