What you'll do

• Learn ingredients and prepare consistent, quality dishes at two stations
• support prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory as needed
• prepare pantry and fry-station items while following allergy requests and dish alterations
• follow recipes, portion controls, presentation specifications, and food-handling procedures
• set up and maintain clean, safe, stocked stations
• support service meetings when requested
• attend Cook House training and help mentor team members.
