What you'll do

• Greet clients and review goals, progress, and planned workouts
• coach clients through training and adjust technique for safe and effective exercise
• motivate and educate clients about fitness and nutrition
• log completed sessions in the client database
• customize programming to client needs
• maintain current client files.
