What you'll do

• Build relationships with designated clients
• manage investigations, loss mitigation, and resolution of claims across listed coverage lines
• gather and analyze supporting documents
• assist with disputes and attend arbitrations or mediations as needed
• monitor claim payments and status
• communicate with clients, carriers, producers, and account managers
• report losses
• update Origami records
• prepare loss reports
• attend loss review meetings as needed
• coordinate claim strategies for higher-value reserves and settlements.
