Compensation is $250–$500 per year. The Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in Spokane, WA. The position supports Excelsior Wellness Center’s behavioral health services and its work helping children and families pursue safer, stronger, and more fulfilled lives. The role exists to supervise and support behavioral health clinicians, coordinate staff training and client services, and ensure services and documentation meet program, agency, and regulatory requirements. It also contributes to coordinated outpatient leadership and crisis-service coverage through the on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Work with the interagency disciplinary supervisor team to address client and staff training and supervision needs
• oversee behavioral health services delivered by assigned clinicians
• coordinate with outpatient behavioral health leadership
• conduct chart audits and review reports for documentation compliance
• support clinician and caseload assignments
• provide regular supervision and maintain supervision records
• complete mental health assessments as needed for program enrollment
• participate in the 24/7 crisis-services on-call rotation
• support clinician onboarding
• provide staff training as directed
• maintain client confidentiality and represent the organization professionally.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in counseling or a related field, Washington State licensure as a mental health counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist, and qualifications as an approved clinical supervisor and Mental Health Professional.
