What you'll do

• Conduct property tours and showcase floor plans
• follow up with prospects and close leases
• process applications and verifications
• support renewals and occupancy goals
• respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues
• support move-ins and communicate community policies
• help plan resident events
• assist with social media, flyers, and campaigns
• maintain curb appeal and tour paths
• conduct market surveys
• maintain lease files, work orders, system data, reports, and office organization.
