What you'll do

• Set up and operate power winding machines
• load and secure wire, insulation, and other materials
• follow work instructions, specifications, blueprints, and production documentation
• monitor machine settings and winding operations
• make routine adjustments
• perform visual and dimensional quality checks
• report defects and equipment issues
• conduct authorized operator-level checks and basic maintenance
• complete production and quality records
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Why this role

New hires start on second shift unless discussed. The posting lists first shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; second shift Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM; and third shift Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime may be required.
