What you'll do

• Manage cancellation requests, past canceled accounts, service transfers, and homeowner changes
• contact customers about cancellations within the stated timeframe
• review account information
• contact new homeowners and arrange service transfers
• make customer callbacks
• explain services and answer questions
• document calls in PestPac and route issues to appropriate associates
• support renewal outreach.
