What you'll do

• Perform and oversee semen analysis, sperm-function testing, sperm preparation for assisted reproductive technologies, surgical sperm specimen processing, reproductive hormone testing, and sperm cryopreservation
• validate and report results
• maintain quality assurance, quality control, regulatory compliance, and laboratory documentation
• troubleshoot and maintain instruments
• supervise, mentor, and train laboratory personnel
• and collaborate with fertility specialists and clinical teams. A California CLS license, relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of related laboratory experience are required. Weekend, early-morning, overtime, and on-call schedules may be needed
• travel to satellite laboratories may be required.
