What you'll do

• Cover assigned classes when the primary Youth Development Professional is absent
• implement programs and activities
• create lesson plans when no substitute plan is provided
• provide homework and tutoring assistance
• maintain attendance and program records
• communicate with parents, teachers, and supervisors
• prepare activity schedules and reports
• supervise members and manage behavior
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• participate in staff meetings and training.
