What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food for the restaurant, banquets, employee cafeteria, and grab-and-go outlet
• maintain cleanliness and organization
• follow recipes, food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• manage labeling, dating, and storage
• complete opening and closing procedures and temperature and waste logs
• address guest allergy concerns carefully
• communicate low-par items and service needs.
