• Support the Area Manager with daily store operations
• participate in employee orientation, training, and development
• ensure store coverage
• guide customers using the laundry app
• uphold policies and customer service
• maintain safety and cleanliness
• audit preventive maintenance and document equipment issues
• support retail inventory and sales training
• audit wash-dry-fold logs
• execute promotions
• work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
