What you'll do

• Prioritize cleaning of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic zones
• inspect and report maintenance issues or damage in residences
• follow residence cleanliness standards and policies
• assist with the complimentary beverage and snack program in the Residents Lounge
• replenish supplies and maintain tables, counters, appliances, and the service station
• provide light service support when residents are present
• monitor lighting, scent, music, and overall ambiance.
