Retail Service Manager

The Retail Service Manager role is onsite in Mount Dora, FL. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year. Boulevard Tire Center provides tire products and automotive services for cars, trucks, SUVs, and farm and industrial equipment. The manager leads the service team and coordinates customer-facing operations to meet service quality and speed standards. The role supports customer satisfaction and store performance through staff development, fleet scheduling, service-call handling, sales, and maintenance of service vehicles and equipment.

What you'll do

• Develop and direct mechanics and service technicians
• create fleet service schedules
• handle and log service calls
• support phone sales and walk-in customers
• create work orders for merchandise used in service calls or deliveries
• schedule maintenance and inspect fleet service vehicles
• maintain cleanliness and equipment efficiency
• uphold safety policies and team ASE certifications
• work Saturdays as needed.
