The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Georgetown, TX. Compensation is $19 per hour. The representative serves as Cutter Aviation’s customer-facing contact at its facility and supports the business aviation community. The role coordinates customer service and aircraft-related requests, helping ensure smooth facility operations, clear communication, and a positive experience for aircraft owners, operators, crew, and business partners.

What you'll do

• Resolve customer complaints or refer unresolved concerns
• monitor aircraft arrival, parking, refueling, loading, and departure
• determine service charges and collect payments or arrange billing
• manage reservations and interaction records
• transport passengers or crew as needed
• coordinate fuel and catering orders
• maintain radio contact with aircraft
• support dispatching and airfield management while following FAA and TSA rules.
