What you'll do

• Inspect newly acquired facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
• collaborate with acquisition teams on maintenance plans and timelines
• document inspections, repairs, and parts replacements
• coordinate specialized repairs with vendors and contractors
• comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulations
• assist with integrating assets into maintenance systems and workflows
• provide technical recommendations on asset condition and lifecycle management
• travel to acquisition sites as needed.
