What you'll do

• Provide customer service to members and guests
• complete daily studio tasks with management
• act as manager on duty for opening, closing, and staff management
• assist with training and coaching new hires
• educate guests about services and amenities
• maintain clean, organized club areas
• support onboarding and class check-in
• assist instructors as needed.
