What you'll do

• Lead product, manufacturing, supplier, field, and customer quality
• direct root-cause and corrective-action investigations
• develop scalable quality systems and controls supporting ISO 9001 compliance
• analyze quality and performance data
• develop metrics and dashboards
• partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Field Operations, suppliers, and customers
• lead audits and management reviews
• apply preventive quality methods
• use automation and analytics
• lead and develop two direct reports.
