What you'll do

• Change locks, hang doors, repair sheetrock, paint, and complete miscellaneous repairs
• install, replace, and repair ceiling tile, floor tile, drywall, and wallpaper
• maintain and adjust locks, fastening devices, door closures, and overhead doors
• build, repair, and install furniture, cabinets, shelves, partitions, floors, doors, framework, and trim
• perform preventative maintenance on carpentry equipment
• inspect outside contractors’ work
• follow codes, regulations, safety procedures, assigned schedules, and timekeeping policies.
