What you'll do

• Support supervision of equipment and service-order installation and activation
• implement scheduled network maintenance events
• manage special projects supporting program requirements
• execute and document formal acceptance testing
• test, troubleshoot, and validate communication circuits
• coordinate with telecommunications providers and field technicians
• collaborate with engineering to resolve implementation and acceptance issues
• execute maintenance requests and service disconnects according to customer and program processes.
