Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Straight Nights position available in Neche, ND. This is an onsite role with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. This role is crucial in coordinating care, resident assessment, and education.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinates care, performs resident assessment, and provides resident education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Experience

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
